TotalPatent Intellogist Report Updated

[tweetmeme source=”Intellogist” only_single=false]

I touched on TotalPatent’s Semantic Search in one of our recent posts, but there is much more to investigate in our recent TotalPatent full report review and update. We undertake these full report reviews and updates on a regular schedule at Intellogist to ensure that the information is as relevant and topical as possible. Keeping pace with the rapidly changing patent search system landscape is challenging but rewarding, and it’s exciting to see all the new features and improvements that make release throughout the industry.

The TotalPatent Report, Coverage Map, Quick Table Comparison entry, and the Interactive Patent Coverage Map have all been updated with relevant info.

Notable updates and improvements to the report include:

  • An updated Family Search Features section which highlights the type and style of patent family definitions available to TotalPatent users
  • An updated Machine Translations section highlighting the 54 authorities with machine translated data available for non-English language patent documents
  • An updated Downloads section with new screenshots highlighting the redesigned “Publication Number Search Window”
  • An updated Comprehensive Coverage Table with details from the latest coverage updates which include Russian (RU), Soviet Union (SU), and Chinese (CN) full text

To get more on the list of updated pages, check the Revisions page and for the straight scoop from LexisNexis check out their TotalPatent Enhancements page.
